About the Residents Committee
Who we are, how we meet, and how to contact us. This page covers the Committee, AGMs, managing agents for the Kipling Court parking garages, and useful local links.
St Aubyns Mead & Kipling Court
St Aubyns Mead is a small private estate in Rottingdean made up of freehold houses, a bungalow and leasehold flats, with shared lawns, pathways, communal gardens, lighting, bin stores and parking. Most homes have either an allocated parking space, a garage, or both.
Kipling Court is the main apartment building on the estate. Its residents share access to the St Aubyns Mead communal areas, and its garages and some internal services are managed via external managing agents. A gated entrance helps keep the estate quieter and more secure.
Self-managed by St Aubyns Mead Residents Ltd (SAMRL)About Rottingdean
Rottingdean is a historic coastal village just east of Brighton, known for its village green, pond, seafront promenade, Kipling Gardens and strong community feel. St Aubyns Mead sits a short walk from shops, cafés, pubs, the beach, and frequent bus routes into central Brighton and further east.
Residents benefit from “village living” with easy access to the South Downs and the city, making St Aubyns Mead and Kipling Court a convenient and attractive place to live.
Residents Committee
Who we are
The Residents Committee represents leaseholders and residents across St Aubyns Mead and Kipling Court. We coordinate day-to-day communication, highlight maintenance issues, and liaise with managing agents, contractors and the Rottingdean Parish Council where relevant.
The estate is self-managed by St Aubyns Mead Residents Ltd (SAMRL), which helps keep management charges as economical as possible for everyone.
