From houses, flats and parking, through to what St Aubyns Mead Residents Ltd means to you.

All flat and house owners automatically become a member of St Aubyns Mead Residents Ltd (SAMRL) upon the purchase of a property in St Aubyns Mead.
Each owner pays an annual maintenance service charge towards the upkeep of the communal areas comprising lawns, pathways, bin store, hard surfaced communal land and lighting.
The SAMRL estate is currently self-managed by the Directors of the SAMRL Committee. This keeps the annual management service charge as economical as possible for everyone. Owners are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting.
